Ricoh earns Gold Partner certification with leading application delivery vendor, F5

SYDNEY, 14 September - Ricoh is pleased to announce it has achieved Gold Unity Partner certification with F5, the market leader in application delivery. The partnership also sees Ricoh appointed as one of F5’s first partners to the F5® Unity® Partner Support Program.

Ricoh’s technical and sales teams now have the certification to provide partner and customer support at Levels 1 and 2 – known as Ricoh NetSupport for F5 – from its 24x7 network operation centre.

The partnership is the latest in a growing list of strategic partnerships that Ricoh has formed with leading vendors as it expands to become a true, end-to-end IT services provider.
